2136-2159 Bay Street is a collection of three buildings totaling 14,193 square feet on 48,425 square feet of land.  Built between 1924 and 1955, the property was home to the original user Hill Brothers Chemical until it was acquired in 2015 to complete the second phase of a creative office campus with adjacent property at 2145-2159 Sacramento Street.  The Borman Group meticulously restored and upgraded each building into dynamic workspaces, tying them together through the use of materials, elevated walkways and open space.  Further site work included storm water mitigation, custom hardscape, landscape and an elevated parking stacker system.  The current tenant occupies the entire creative office campus and is an innovative transportation company.
