Mark borman

Built in 1923, 2045 East Violet Street is a 10,200 square foot brick building that was formerly used for produce storage and distribution. Through a joint venture in 2014, The Borman Group reimagined the building with an environmentally conscious remodel that included converting loading bays into new steel window and door assemblies, replacing dilapidated building elements with eco friendly materials and the creation of a highly functional outdoor space. The current user is a single tenant in the fashion design business.
